By using Lullabee you agree to these terms. Questions: the contact details on Lullabee's App Store page.
Lullabee shares suggestions based on patterns in your logs and your baby's age. They are not medical advice and not a diagnosis. Always ask your paediatrician about health concerns. Never delay care because of something the app says.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. Lullabee is for parents and caregivers, not for children.
Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to share your baby's profile.
Do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or access other people's data.
We work to keep Lullabee running, but it is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable, and we do not promise any particular result from using it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything related to Lullabee is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (Family tab, "Delete account"). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service. If we stop offering Lullabee, we will tell you in the app first. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, and we cannot refund App Store payments ourselves.
We may update these terms. If a change matters we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Lullabee and delete your account. The date at the top shows the latest version.
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
