Lullabee helps parents track a baby's sleep, feeding and diapers and suggests what's next. This page explains what we keep and why. Questions or requests: the contact details on Lullabee's App Store page.

What we collect

• Your account: your name and email address, and a hashed password (we never store the password itself). If you sign in with Apple or Google we also keep that provider's anonymous identifier for you.
• Your baby's profile: name, date of birth, and, if you choose to add them, sex and country. These are used for age-based suggestions and growth charts.
• What you log: sleeps, feeds, bottles, diapers and the other entries you add, with their times.
• Subscription status: whether Lullabee Plus is active and until when, from Apple's App Store. We do not see your payment details.

We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics, and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

To run the app: show your logs on your devices, share them with the other parent you invite, make predictions, and provide Lullabee Plus.

Anonymous statistics (optional, off by default)

In a baby's settings the owner can switch on "Help improve predictions". Only then are that baby's sleep times used, without any name, email or date of birth, to work out what babies of each age typically do, and that average helps everyone's predictions. Each baby counts once, and an average is published only when it comes from at least 20 families. We keep no separate copy: the averages are recalculated from live data, so switching it off, or deleting the account, removes the baby from the next calculation.

Sharing

With the other parent you invite, and with our hosting provider (Fly.io, in the EU) which stores the data for us. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Deleting your account (Family tab, "Delete account") removes your profile, your sign-in and every baby profile that no other parent shares, with all its logs. If another parent still has access to a baby, that baby's data stays for them. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that in your Apple ID settings.

Why we may use your data

We use your data to provide the service you asked for (your account, your logs, sharing with the other parent, Plus), and for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and working. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can edit or delete entries in the app and delete your whole account in the app. Under the GDPR and similar laws you can also ask us to:

• give you a copy of your data, in a common format you can take elsewhere;
• correct data that is wrong;
• delete your data (the in-app "Delete account" does this directly);
• restrict how we use it, or object to a use.

Write to the contact details on Lullabee's App Store page and we will answer within one month. If you are in the EU or EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Account deletion removes your data from our live database right away. Encrypted backups kept by our host can hold a copy for up to about a week before they expire.

Where the data is stored

On our host's servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We do not move it elsewhere, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Children

Lullabee is for parents and caregivers, not for children. The only child data is what a parent chooses to enter about their own baby.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access needs a signed-in account.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
